John Stephens Graham (1905–1976) was a Washington, D.C. attorney and political appointee. He was an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, and commissioners for the Internal Revenue Service and Atomic Energy Commission. ==Personal life== He was born August 4, 1905 in Reading, Massachusetts, son of R.J. She was born in Monterey, Pennsylvania, grew up in Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, Maryland, and was a 1933 graduate of Vassar College.〔Joe Holley.
